1. What this site is

MyADHDCheck provides a self-report screening questionnaire and general information for adults. It is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or give advice about any condition, and nothing on it replaces advice from a qualified health professional.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. You confirm this before starting a screening. Do not use the site on behalf of someone else without their knowledge and agreement.

3. The screening and your result

The free screening uses the six-question ASRS-v1.1 Screener as published by its owners, with their attribution. Your result describes your own answers against the instrument's published rule. It is not a diagnosis and does not estimate the probability that you have ADHD. Answer honestly; the result is only as good as the answers.

4. Payments and the optional preparation pack

The screening, your result page and its PDF copy are free. One optional paid product may be offered: the appointment preparation pack, A$39 (Australian dollars, AUD) paid once, which gives you a saved, editable workspace for your own notes and a printable PDF of what you saved. It is a writing aid, not a screening, an assessment or a diagnosis, and buying it is never required to see your result. When it is not on sale, the site says so and takes no payment.

Payments are processed in AUD by PayPal; older purchases were processed by Stripe. We do not receive card details or PayPal login details. Your workspace unlocks only when our server has confirmed the payment with the payment provider, not on return from the provider's page. Coupons cannot be used with PayPal checkout. Refunds are made through the same provider that took the payment. Any prices shown for historical products are also in AUD.

The comprehensive questionnaire previously sold on this site is closed to new purchases. People who bought it keep access to their own report.

5. Refunds

For the preparation pack or a historical paid summary you can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us with your payment reference. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

After a full refund of the preparation pack, the paid editor and PDF are switched off, but your notes remain yours to export or delete at any time. A partial refund does not change access. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Your data

Our privacy notice explains what we collect, why, who processes it, how long we keep it and how to get a copy or delete it. It forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other people's results, interfere with the service, or use automated tools against it. Do not copy the screening instrument from this site for your own use; its terms are set by its owners.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw features at any time. Material changes to these terms will be shown by updating the date above.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a screening result or on information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes may be raised with us first through the contact form.
